Influentials is the influencer marketing platform for creators and brands, where they can cooperate seamlessly, with the support of our in-house experts. We have more than 15.000 active users, including over 10.000 verified creators on our marketplace. Our platform has facilitated over 2.000 successful campaigns for amazing brands (including Coolblue, HelloFresh, Coca-Cola, L'Oréal) and creative/management agencies. The platform makes use of social API's of Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and Google Analytics to give insights into the effectiveness of campaigns. Influentials is located in the “Groot Handelsgebouw” in Rotterdam, alongside other start- and scale-ups which provides an excellent environment suited for our ambitions. We have a close-knit team that’s working together on a rapidly growing platform and organisation.


As a member of the sales team at Influentials, you continuously develop your skills by broadening the understanding of customer relationships, recognizing the wishes and needs of incoming leads and have amazing insights in opportunities for customers who have been affiliated with the platform for a longer period of time. The Sales Development Representative (SDR) role is an inside sales role where you will focus on outreach, prospecting and lead qualification. Not only do SDR’s focus on closing the deal, but they connect with as many leads as possible to conclude whether these could actually be potential customers.



Influentials works according to the “winning by design” principle. Influentials is currently in the stage 2 of GTM. Obviously you will go through the different stages. Read more about it here.


As an SDR, you make contact with as many leads as possible and will help prospects understand our product and services. You move them through the sales funnel. You learn as much as possible about the challenges and needs of the potential customer. If a prospect is a good fit, you take care of the next steps with the AE, the Account Executive within our organization. The next steps can be: a strategic call, technical call or a call to close the deal immediately.


SDRs answer questions, educate leads and send all the necessary information to potential customers. As an SDR you will contact all leads to determine whether they can stay in the sales pipeline or not. You are co-responsible for a “healthy” pipeline.


Account Manager

In addition to the role described above, you have the responsibility as an Account Manager in collaboration with the CSM, Customer Success Manager to ultimately ensure that customers renew their subscription year after year.


Responsibilities

  • Successfully move as many leads through the sales funnel as possible
  • Assessing leads on quality and potential
  • Fully supporting leads and prospects by identifying challenges and answering questions
  • Taking responsibility for a healthy sales pipeline
  • Diligently maintain documentation of lead information and communication
  • Quality monitoring and maintenance of source documents and additional information facilities
  • Work closely with colleagues from the customer success team to assess opportunities for current users
  • Keep colleagues and the organization informed of frequently asked questions, developments, wishes and needs
  • Stay on top of the latest industry developments

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Software platforms

  • 2+ years experience with sales and/or account management in SaaS
  • Native/fluent Dutch and English
